Join us for a warm and sweet hands-on experience where you’ll learn to create Italy’s most iconic dessert: the tiramisu, just like our family has done for generations.
In a cozy private kitchen in central Verona, you’ll be welcomed like one of the family. Step by step, you’ll prepare the layers of flavor and texture that make this dessert so irresistible — from the homemade sponge biscuit to the rich mascarpone cream, all the way to the finishing cocoa dust.
You’ll learn how to make authentic Italian coffee using a moka pot, and you’ll enjoy your creation with a glass of Moscato wine from a boutique Venetian winery.
