Learn the techniques and secrets passed down from our nonna, and discover how to prepare soft, elastic doughs and flavorful sauces that make no compromises on taste or tradition. In just a couple of hours, you’ll knead, roll, cut, top, bake — and enjoy every bite of what you’ve made, served with a glass of Veneto wine.
